Mission Swaraj, Government of NCT of Delhi/State Urban Livelihoods Mission, Delhi is the nodal agency for the implementation of the Deen Dayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Urban Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NULM), a Centrally Sponsored Scheme under the aegis of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), GoI. SULM, Delhi is responsible for overall monitoring of work under all components of the DAY-NULM Scheme.

Components Under DAY-NULM Scheme:

1. Employment through Skills Training & Placement (EST&P)
2.  Social Mobilisation and Institutional Development (SM&ID)
3. Self-employment Programme (SEP)
4. Shelter for Urban Homeless (SUH)
5. Support to Urban Street Vendors (SUSV)
6. Capacity Building and Training (CB&T)
7. Innovative and Special Projects (I&SP)
